Instructions
Preparation Steps
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
