Creamy Garlic Shrimp

This creamy garlic shrimp recipe is quick, easy and delicious, perfect for a busy weeknight. Tender shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce that can be served over pasta or rice.

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Preparation Steps

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve over pasta or rice.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes when sautéing the garlic.
