  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta uncooked
  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
