Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese before serving.
