Creamy Chicken Spinach Ravioli Bake

This decadent ravioli bake brings together juicy chicken, fresh spinach, and a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce for a heartwarming dish that’s perfect for family dinners.

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast diced
  • 30 oz cheese ravioli store-bought
  • 10 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish with olive oil spray.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in olive oil until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then stir in cream, Parmesan, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
  • Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Layer the dish with half of the ravioli, chicken, fresh spinach, and sauce. Repeat the layers and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, bake an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Feel free to add mushrooms or swap spinach for kale for a different take.
