Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large baking dish, combine rice and chicken broth.
Add chicken cubes on top of the rice mixture.
Pour heavy cream over the chicken, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
