Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer over medium heat.
Carefully place the wontons in the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the wontons from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
