  • 2 lb Russet Potatoes Peeled and quartered
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 0.5 cup Milk Warmed
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Drain potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash with a potato masher or electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add softened cream cheese, warmed milk, and butter to the potatoes. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

Garnish with chives or parsley for added flavor and presentation.
