Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash with a potato masher or electric mixer until smooth.
Add softened cream cheese, warmed milk, and butter to the potatoes. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Garnish with chives or parsley for added flavor and presentation.
