Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, beat together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until combined.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
