Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add chicken breasts and cook until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
Remove chicken from pot, shred it using two forks, and set aside.
Add cream cheese to the broth and stir until melted and combined. Add ranch seasoning and mix well.
Return the shredded chicken back to the pot and add cheddar cheese, bacon, celery, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream before serving.
