Preparation Steps
In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mixture reaches 235°F (113°C) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add the evaporated milk and marshmallow creme, stirring until smooth.
Stir in powdered sugar and cotton candy flavoring until well combined.
Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
