Cotton Candy Fudge

This recipe creates a delightful cotton candy fudge with a light and airy texture. It's surprisingly easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup light corn syrup
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring

Preparation Steps

  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mixture reaches 235°F (113°C) on a candy thermometer.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the evaporated milk and marshmallow creme, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in powdered sugar and cotton candy flavoring until well combined.
  • Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
