Copycat Payday Candy Bars
A delicious homemade version of the classic Payday candy bar.

- 1 cup peanut butter creamy peanut butter preferred
- 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
- 0.25 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups peanuts
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Preparation Steps
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar and peanuts.
- Press mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread evenly over the peanut butter mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store leftover candy bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
