  • 2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 2 tbsp cookie butter (divided and melted)
  • 6 fl oz milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • for garnish whipped cream
  • 1 cookie Biscoff cookie (crushed, for garnish)

Preparation Steps

  • In a small measuring cup or mason jar, add the hot water, espresso powder, and one tablespoon of cookie butter. Stir together using a milk frother or place the lid onto the mason jar and shake until well combined.
  • Drizzle the remaining cookie butter into a glass, then fill it up with ice.
  • Pour the espresso mixture and milk into the glass.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkle some crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs over the whipped cream.
