A simple and delicious glaze for your homemade cinnamon rolls.

  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.25 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth. If the glaze is too thick, add a little more milk, a teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour the glaze over warm cinnamon rolls.

Notes

This icing is best served immediately. You can also add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
