A delicious fusion of churros and cheesecake, this dessert combines the cinnamon-sugar goodness of churros with the creamy richness of cheesecake. Perfect for celebrations or a special treat!

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted

Filling

  • 32 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 Large eggs

Churro Topping

  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sour cream; mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until center is almost set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle over cheesecake before serving.

Notes

Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sauce for an extra touch!
