Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sour cream; mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until center is almost set. Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Combine sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Sprinkle over cheesecake before serving.
Notes
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sauce for an extra touch!
