Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, and salt over medium heat. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
Add heavy cream to the sugar mixture and continue stirring until it returns to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let it cool completely before cutting.
