Instructions
Preparation Steps
Grease and line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Let cool completely, then lift out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a festive touch, sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies before cooling.
