Christmas fudge

A rich and decadent Christmas fudge, perfect for holiday gifting or a festive treat!

  • 3 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz Marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Preparation Steps

  • Grease and line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Continue to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Let cool completely, then lift out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a festive touch, sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies before cooling.
