  • In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, Dutch-process cocoa, baking soda, and salt until no cocoa lumps remain.
  • Gently stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients just until combined, then fold in the grated zucchini and 1 cup of chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and scatter the mini chocolate chips over the top.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick is sticky but no longer coated with raw batter. Cool before cutting into sixteen squares.
