Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling, then pour over chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled tart shell.
Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with sea salt.
Refrigerate tart for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality chocolate and freshly made caramel sauce.
