Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate.
Pour filling over crust. Top with fresh raspberries.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality chocolate and fresh raspberries.
