Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

A decadent chocolate raspberry cheesecake with a rich chocolate crust and creamy filling, topped with fresh raspberries.

Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cups melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 32 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup melted bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate.
  • Pour filling over crust. Top with fresh raspberries.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and fresh raspberries.
