Preparation Steps
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Stir in the cooked quinoa, puffed rice cereal, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
