These chocolate quinoa crisps are a healthy and delicious treat. They are made with quinoa, chocolate, and a few other simple ingredients. Perfect for a snack or dessert!

  • 1.5 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips 70% cacao or higher
  • 0.25 cup Puffed Rice Cereal
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter Creamy
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Preparation Steps

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Stir in the cooked quinoa, puffed rice cereal, peanut butter, and honey until well combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
