Preparation Steps
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Stir in the peanut butter until well combined.
Fold in the chow mein noodles until they are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
