  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pecans, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add melted butter and stir until just combined.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Let cool completely on baking sheets.
  • Melt chocolate. Dip cooled cookies halfway into melted chocolate.
  • Place on wax paper to set.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
