Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pecans, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Add melted butter and stir until just combined.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Let cool completely on baking sheets.
Melt chocolate. Dip cooled cookies halfway into melted chocolate.
Place on wax paper to set.
