  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 32 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in cocoa powder and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour batter over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality cocoa powder. Garnish with chocolate shavings or fresh berries before serving.
