Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add rice to the skillet, stirring to coat with butter and garlic. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Return chicken to the skillet and heat through before serving.
