In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add bacon and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside.
Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return chicken and bacon to the skillet. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese for additional flavor.
