  • 1.5 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium Onion Diced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in broccoli florets, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
