Instructions
Preparation Steps
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add noodles, peas, and carrots. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
