  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium Yellow onion sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls Hoagie rolls

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • Top the mixture with provolone cheese slices and let them melt.
  • Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture among the hoagie rolls.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
