Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Top the mixture with provolone cheese slices and let them melt.
Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture among the hoagie rolls.
