  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Bell peppers (sliced)
  • 0.5 cup Onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Preparation Steps

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add the onions and peppers and cook until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and cook for another minute.
