frozen peas and carrots

eggs
beaten

cloves
garlic

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, heat another tablespoon of oil and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked.
Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and frozen peas and carrots. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir well to combine.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasoning to suit your taste.
