Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
Add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to scrape up any browned bits. Bring to a simmer.
Return chicken to the skillet, cover with sauce, and add spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted and chicken is cooked through.
Notes
For a richer flavor, you can add grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
