chicken egg rolls

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 12 count Egg Roll Wrappers

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and ginger. Mix well.
  • Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or sesame oil to the chicken mixture.
