  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 8 oz chow mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables such as bell peppers and carrots
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through.
  • Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce to the pan, toss to combine and heat through.
