Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through.
Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender-crisp.
Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce to the pan, toss to combine and heat through.
