In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, rotini pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, shredded parmesan cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined. This is your Caesar dressing.
Pour the Caesar dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Garnish with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
