  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Rotisserie chicken works well
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese Divided
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuits Cut into quarters

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup of cheese.
  • Gently fold in the biscuit pieces until well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

This recipe is great as leftovers, simply reheat in the oven.
