Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the chopped bacon in a large pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the pan. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top and the sauce thickens.
Mix in the crispy bacon and parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
