Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly over the center of each tortilla.
Top with cherry pie filling, then fold sides and roll up tightly.
Heat oil over medium heat and fry chimichangas until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and roll in cinnamon sugar.
