sharp or mild as preferred

Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until it's no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles.
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the turkey, then stir to coat. Add the tomato sauce and corn, stirring to combine.
Simmer the mixture on low heat for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Spoon the turkey mixture onto the bottom halves of the toasted buns.
Garnish each serving with chopped cilantro. Top with the other half of the bun and serve warm.
Notes
For an extra punch, top with sliced jalapeños or your favorite hot sauce. Can be enjoyed with a side of tortilla chips for dipping!
