This creamy and delightful Spinach Artichoke Dip is a fan-favorite appetizer perfect for parties and family gatherings. It's quick to make and features a crunchy breadcrumb topping for an inviting texture contrast.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the breadcrumb topping by combining panko, parmesan, and parsley in a small bowl. Drizzle melted butter over and mix until evenly coated. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, softened cream cheese, and minced garlic. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or a shallow baking dish. Spread evenly. Top with the prepared breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dip is hot and bubbling. Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a bit of extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture before baking. Feel free to substitute your favorite cheeses.
