Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain well.
In a large bowl, mash potatoes with butter, milk, cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add some chopped green onions or bacon bits.
