Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Clean and slice the mushrooms.
In a large skillet, cook the mushrooms until tender.
In a saucepan, whisk together the flour and milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Combine the mushroom mixture and cheese sauce. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
