Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add salt, flour, and melted butter. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Punch down the dough and roll it out to a 12x18 inch rectangle.
Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cut into 12 breadsticks and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
