Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until they start to brown.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the Brussels sprouts.
Return to the oven for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
