Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, mixed vegetables, and beef broth. Let simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
In a bowl, prepare Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions, using milk and melted butter. Stir in shredded cheese.
Spoon biscuit mixture over the beef filling evenly.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and cooked through.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can substitute turkey for beef or use fresh vegetables instead of frozen. Add a pinch of cayenne to the beef mix for extra spice.
