Caramel Apple Tarts

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press the mixture into tart pans.
In a separate bowl, combine apples, lemon juice, and caramel sauce. Mix well.
Spoon apple mixture into prepared tart shells.
Bake for 30 minutes or until crust is golden and apples are tender.
Notes
For best results, use a variety of apples that are good for baking such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
