  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter cold and diced
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 3 cups apples peeled and diced
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix flour and sugar, then cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Add cold water and mix until dough forms. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  • In another bowl, combine apples, caramel sauce, and cinnamon, then spoon the mixture onto dough circles.
  • Fold dough over filling, crimp edges to seal, and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
