Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Arrange half of the tomatoes and mozzarella in the baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
Top with remaining tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve immediately. Garnish with extra basil if desired.
