Candied Walnuts

Delicious, sweet, and crunchy candied walnuts perfumed with cinnamon and vanilla.

  • 2 cups walnuts halves
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and water.
  • Add walnuts to the mixture and stir until they are evenly coated.
  • Spread the coated walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
