Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and water.
Add walnuts to the mixture and stir until they are evenly coated.
Spread the coated walnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
