These blondies are loaded with Cadbury Mini Eggs for a delicious Easter treat!

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Stir in the Cadbury Mini Eggs.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Store leftover blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
