Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your smoker to 250°F.
Rub olive oil over the brisket cubes and season with smoked paprika, black pepper, and kosher salt.
Place the seasoned brisket cubes in the smoker and cook for about 3 hours.
After 3 hours, remove the brisket and coat with BBQ sauce. Wrap tightly in foil and return to the smoker for another hour.
Check for tenderness, then remove from the smoker and let rest before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of brown sugar before serving.
